Renowned designer and Chelsea Gold Medal winning designer Paul Hervey-Brookes is opening a new mixed use garden retail outlet in the Cotswolds with sculptor and artist Yann Eshkol.

Allomorphic, which will open in Stroud, is both a retail shop concentrating on luxury gardening accessories, beautiful and carefully sourced one-off pieces, bespoke items designed by Paul alongside a wealth of lectures and day courses.

Paul said: β€œThe current retail model is a little stale and increasingly consumers are looking for personalised style and pieces which stand out as unique.Β  In my normal design work I have built a portfolio on creating special one off spaces and this is an extension of that idea mixed with ideas that I have collaborated with Yann on to bring a real sense of uniqueness to the store”

The store, set toΒ open in March 2016, will host a series of monthly lectures lead by industry heavy weights such as Andy McIndoe, Rosemary Hardy and Bob Brown.Β  These will run alongside workshops based around floristry, garden design, cocktails and outdoor dining.

A selected range of bespoke items will also be available on-line alongside being able to book lectures and courses.Β  Uniquely the store will also offer a floristry service for weddings and events along with having a carefully selected range of plants and fresh flowers available.

Paul will continue to run his successful international design studio and is currently finalising details for a show garden in Melbourne and in the United Kingdom for 2016.
