Crane Garden Buildings of King’s Lynn, Norfolk has announced its collaboration with paint and wallpaper experts Farrow & Ball, offering buildings in a specially selected range of 12 exterior paint colours.
To launch this partnership Crane painted its Garden Room with Veranda at this year’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show in a Farrow & Ball soft natural green titled French Gray. Crane found success at the show with its display building and the country style garden surrounding it, winning the 5 Star Tradestand Award for the third year running.
Farrow & Ball’s exterior eggshell paint has a mid-sheen finish and is perfectly suited for use on Crane’s timber buildings. The paint is durable, flexible and highly resistant to flaking and peeling, as well as being water and fungal resistant. The twelve colours chosen are natural in tone and suited to the traditional designs of the buildings.
The new range is now live on Crane’s website (www.cranegardenbuildings.co.uk/exterior-colour-range/farrow-ball) as part of their newly created Exterior Colour Range section, where customers can peruse and request free colour samples. Company partners James and Nick Crane stated: “This is a project that we’ve been working on for a long time with Farrow & Ball, making sure that everything has been tested and is ready for us to add another quality paint choice with our buildings.”
The Farrow & Ball paint range will be available to choose with the Crane Superior Sheds, Summerhouses, Garden Rooms, Studios, Garages and Greenhouses, and there are now buildings painted in Farrow & Ball colours at each of its show centres, allowing visitors to get a real feel for the finish of the paint. The Farrow & Ball painted building from its RHS Chelsea Flower Show trade stand is also currently being installed at its Nottingham show centre for its customers to look around.
