Landscape company Bowles & Wyer has secured three new employees as part of its current restructuring programme under the guidance of John Wyer.

The new staff members, who have joined the Design, Finance, Human Resources and Administration divisions, bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the organisation.

Mark Latchford – Designer
With his striking design style and an approach to project management that is founded in extensive onsite experience, Mark is an essential additional to design team. He joined Bowles & Wyer from the Cool Gardens company where he worked as Design Director, having achieved a Distinction from the Pickard School of Garden Design studying at the Garden Museum.

Max Harriman – Junior Designer
Max joined Bowles & Wyer after graduating with a Distinction as a Garden Designer at the London College of Garden Design, having previously gained a First-Class Honours degree in Plant Science with Industrial Experience from the University of Manchester. As well as being a talented designer, Max is a skilled CAD programme operator.

Katie Blake – Director of Finance, Administration & Human Resources
With 20 years’ experience as a qualified ACCA accountant, and several years working for Blue Chip companies and SMEs, Katie brings a wealth of strategic financial knowledge and Human Resources expertise to Bowles & Wyer. Her previous roles include Finance Director at Hunters and Finance Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
