Chief executive, British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI). Wayne Grills joined the British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) in 2011 as its chief operations officer, and was promoted to chief executive in 2015. In his original role within the association, Wayne was instrumental in achieving the systems and processes at Landscape House that were set out in the board’s strategic plan.

Now, as CEO, Wayne’s role is to manage and develop BALI into the trade association of choice for the nation’s landscape professionals, delivering exceptional business, technical and promotional support for members.
