The Association of Professional Landscapers (APL) unveiled the finalists for the APL Awards next year, during its annual meeting, which took place today at FutureScape.
This year saw a record-breaking number of entries and the judging took place over three intensive days, led by industry professionals chaired by Richard Barnard from Kings Oak Landscapes.
The judging panel was rounded off by Rod Winrow, from Garden House Design, Bob Sweet of BBC Gardeners’ World Live, Laura Anstiss from Oakmore Green and finally APL general manager, Phil Tremayne.
“This year’s submissions really showcased the exceptional talent, craftsmanship, and innovation that APL members bring to the landscaping industry,” the judges say in a joint statement online.
“It was a privilege to review such outstanding work. Although it was a tough process, we have selected a supreme winner, and we’re confident the industry will be as impressed as we were.”
The winners of the APL Awards 2025 will be revealed at the awards ceremony, on 14 March next year at The Brewery in London.
The 2024 awards saw Ellicar take home the top award with its Wildlife and water garden in Nottinghamshire earning the title of Supreme Winner. The full list of finalists for 2025 can be found online.
