Multi-award-winning landscaping company The Outdoor Room is rebranding its logo and website ahead of celebrating its 30-year milestone next year.
The change comes after the company revealed that its sites and shows manager Mark Britton is taking over as managing director from its founder, David Dodd.
Britton joined The Outdoor Room 10 years ago as a foreman β having spent the previous 17 years at Landform β before quickly working his way up to the management team.

He will now be focusing on the day-to-day running of the company to allow Dodd to turn his attention to Pots & Pithoi, a local Cretan terracotta pot supplier that he acquired in 2017.
In an interview in the December issue of Pro Landscaper, Britton says a slightly slower summer this year sparked the opportunity to consider a new look for The Outdoor Room.
βWe could see that the rest of the year was looking really buoyant, so it was short term, but it gave us a chance to discuss rebranding and redoing the website.
βGenuine blood, sweat and tears have gone into getting the company to where it is now, and thatβs a huge credit to David and his dedication and passion. He really loves the company and the people. But we thought maybe the time is the right, with the anniversary next year, to take a look at the branding.β
