Voting for this year’s Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Partner Garden of the Year opens at 10am on 17 April 2025.
Now in its fifth year, the annual competition is open to all ‘garden lovers’ to vote; and includes 15 new gardens as of 2025.
The competition opens on Thursday 17 April at 10am, with the theme ‘joy’.
With 231 RHS partner gardens across the world to choose from, the public have until Monday 29 September at 12pm to vote.
There will be a winner from each region of the UK, an overseas category, and one overall winner, revealed in December. They will receive a special plaque, and a professional photoshoot in the UK.
Dr Tim Upson, RHS director of gardens and horticulture, comments:
“Now is your chance to ensure your favourite garden gets the recognition it deserves – cast your vote and help celebrate the joy and beauty of these incredible spaces.
Previous winners include Green Island in Essex in 2024, Hidden Valley Gardens in Dorset in 2023, Nant y Bedd in Monmouthshire in 2022 and Larch Cottage Nurseries in Cumbria in 2021.
All voters will be entered into a prize draw to win a £100 RHS Garden gift voucher. Find out more information and how to vote at: www.rhs.org.uk/pgoty.
