Certified business coach, Nick Ruddle of ActionCOACH has released the first five episodes of his newest podcast, Landscaping in Challenging Times.
The 20-episode series will cover everything from money and operations to recruitment, culture and training.
With over 18 years coaching experience, Ruddle has offered 1-2-1 coaching since 2007 to business owners and senior management teams.
“I feel sorry for people who don’t have a coach or can’t afford a coach so I thought – how can I help people in the best possible way, so now I can give them loads of free tips,” explains Ruddle.
Each episode will include a template and checklist for the subject discussed, in order for people to apply the practical advice straight away. “I want to get the key information out to people quickly,” Ruddle says, whereby each episode ranges from 2 – 12 minutes as the series continues.
The bite sized episodes will be released over the next few months as Ruddle prepares people ahead of the government’s November Budget with digestible information.
At the end of each episode, Ruddle plans to mention the most affordable coaching course ActionCOACH offers. Don’t Just Survive, Thrive is a 12-week course priced at £1,200, promising to increase sales, create an actionable plan for navigating tough times and build the company’s confidence and reliance.
A frequent Pro Landscaper Business Award judge and previous Pro Landscaper magazine contributor, Ruddle has also written a book Landscape Business Mastery: Unveiling the Secrets in Building a Thriving Landscape Business.
The first five episodes can be listened to on all major platforms, including Spotify, Audible, Apple Podcasts and Amazon Music.
