NT Killingley has been appointed by Taylor Woodrow to deliver the soft landscaping works on the Mill Street Corridor Scheme for Cheshire East Council in Crewe.
As part of the wider Crewe town centre regeneration plans, the award-winning landscaping company will introduce amenity and wildflower seeding, structural ornamental plating, herbaceous and ornamental grasses to rain gardens, a mix of ornamental multi-stems and extra-heavy trees.
Intended to support the townβs integrated and sustainable urban regeneration, the landscape will also deliver green space infrastructure, improved public realm and climate-resilient planting solutions.
The Mill Street Corridor Scheme is being funded by the government, through its Town Fund and UK Shared Prosperity Fund programmes.Β
Work is scheduled to begin in December 2025, as regeneration plans are predicted to be completed by spring 2026.Β
