Stihl has unveiled new battery-powered long-reach hedge-trimmers.

The HLA 150B and the HLA 140 K-B and B join Stihl’s current range of hedge-trimmers designed for trimming tall hedge safely from ground level.

The HLA 150 B’s telescopic shaft can be adjusted to 207-332cm without the need for additional tools with a cutter bar that can be adjusted between 145 degrees.

The HLA 140 models’ has a fixed length shaft, designed to provide stability and control. The shorter HLA 140 K-B model offers a length of 214cm, while the HLA 140 B has an overall length of 245cm.

Both models are regulated continuously using their throttle lever, with three blade speed settings to choose from.
