Stihl’s new ASA 140 battery-powered pruning shears have been designed with an “optimal user experience” in mind – for both right – and left-handed people.
Created to deliver cutting solutions for vines and branches with a diameter of up to 45m, the new ASA 140 features a two stage adjustable opening blade width.
Powered by a 36 V lithium-ion battery, when used with the recommended AP 300 S the shears deliver enough power for an entire working day, the equivalent of more than 9,000 cuts.
Designed to accommodate both right – and left-handed people, the ASA 140 also comes equipped with a carrying system, allowing users to transport the tool safely on their backs.
The integrated OLED also provides information on the tool’s battery charge level, the blade’s opening mode, and number of cuts made.
