Pro Landscaper Premium Plus has published a new whitepaper with some of the key actions needed to deliver the government’s ambitious housebuilding target and put placemaking at the heart of these new homes.
The eight actions – ranging from ramping up communication and collaboration to bringing back contract growing – were taken from a day of discussions at Pro Landscaper Premium Plus’ recent conference in London.
Landscaping the Housebuilding Revolution took place on 25 February, bringing together key stakeholders such as developers, housebuilders, contractors, planners, landscape architects and growers for transparent conversations and connections.
Speakers throughout the day included Muse’s managing director Phil Mayall, Bristol City Council’s chief planner Simone Wilding, the British Association of Landscape Industries’ CEO Wayne Grills, Planit’s Sam Paul and Andy Roberts, NT Killingley’s managing director Gareth Dillon, and Beth Chatto Gardens’ joint managing director Julia Boulton.
