The winners of Pro Landscaper 30 Under 30: The Next Generation, in association with Stihl, 2026 have been announced.

Back in 2015, the initiative was launched to recognise people from across the industry aged 30 or under for their impressive achievements and bold ambition.

Now in its 12^th year, we’ve already celebrated 330 exceptional young individuals from across the industry. Many have gone on to achieve remarkable success – from company founders Harry Holding and Christina Cobb, whose designs have been showcased on RHS showgrounds, to All England Lawn Tennis Club’s Sean Ryan and Ground Control’s Emma Hindle, on top of many others who have achieved incredible feats of success.

Rachael Forsyth, Pro Landscaper’s editor, comments on the announcement:

“We are so pleased to be able to announce and celebrate the 2026 cohort of 30 Under 30: The Next Generation. Hearing about the passion, impressive achievements and bold ambitions of the next generation is inspiring. One thing is clear: there is a determination not only make the industry an even better place, but to inspire the next generation just as they themselves have been inspired.

We’re looking forward to welcoming all this year’s incredible 30 Under 30 winners and celebrating their success at an award ceremony at FutureScape.

Simon Hewitt, head of marketing GB and media performance lead at Stihl, also comments:

“Stihl is really excited to be sponsoring Pro Landscaper’s 30 Under 30: The Next Generation Awards 2026. At Stihl, people are everything to our success and we believe that investing in, and celebrating the achievements of the next generation of talent, across the wider industry is absolutely vital!
