You can now enter yourself, or a colleague, into this year’s 30 Under 30: The Next Generation, sponsored by Green-tech. Originally launched by Pro Landscaper magazine in 2015, this initiative has seen 150 winners already. It has helped propel them into the landscaping limelight, with most of the winners going on to even bigger and better things since collecting their award.
Pro Landscaper’s 30 Under 30: The Next Generation is the only industry search for the most impressive young people in landscaping, and it shines a spotlight on the future of the industry.
“During these tough times it’s important that we still recognise and reward the next generation of talent rising throughout the landscape sector,” says Jim Wilkinson, managing director of Eljays44, which publishes Pro Landscaper magazine. “As an industry, it’s paramount that we highlight some of the immense expertise and ability we have working across horticulture and over the last six years these awards have certainly achieved this.

WHO CAN ENTER?
The rules are simple; you can nominate yourself, or a colleague, as long as the nominee was aged 30 or under on 1 January 2020 and currently works within the horticulture, arboriculture, garden design or landscape sectors. Entrants must have worked in the industry for at least one year.
WHY SHOULD I ENTER?
Entering is a great way to gain recognition for your own work or the work of someone you know. Previous winners have expressed that winning the awards is a wonderful way to enhance their careers.
HOW DO I ENTER?
Simply email [email protected] to request an entry form. Fill out the form to the best of your ability, picking out key moments from your career and showcasing some of your best work. Email the form back, along with a high-resolution headshot by 31 August 2020.
