Nurture Landscapes latest deals are Eco Landscapes in St Albans, Clapham Landscape Services in Stockport, and Rockside Estates in Bristol, bringing its total number of acquisitions to 25.
Award-winning landscaping and grounds maintenance company The Nurture Landscapes Group has added to its UK-wide portfolio. Completing three recent acquisitions with combined sales of £12million.
This will see the Group, expand its presence across the South and South West of England. While strengthening its offering in the North and the Midlands.
The acquisition of Eco Landscapes in St Albans provides the Group with a main base of operations for contracts north of the M25. All of Eco’s ground staff will remain, ensuring consistency to its landscape maintenance services. Eco founder Alex Ufton will also stay, providing new leads and ensuring a smooth transfer of the existing client base.
The acquisition of Clapham Landscape Services in Stockport will bring the Group an additional £4m in annual sales. Focused on retail parks, shopping centres, and industrial estates. Clapham’s team of 75 staff will move into Nurture’s Manchester office.
Thirdly, Bristol-based Rockside Estates, which has annual sales of around £2.75m, has shared a close relationship with Nurture Landscapes for the past ten years, having both started their businesses on April Fools’ Day. The acquisition will double the Group’s landscape maintenance sales across the South West, with all teams operating from Rockside’s depot at Aztec West. Ed Vanstone, Rockside’s founder will stay on to spearhead further development across the region.
