BBC Gardeners’ World Live HQ has confirmed a host of exciting new features to inspire gardening at this year’s Show at the NEC, Birmingham from the 16 – 19 June.
Amazing Show Gardens
This year’s show sees some of the most impressive Show Gardens yet taking centre stage. One of the stars of the Show is Paul Stone’s Canal Boat Garden, representing the legendary Midlands’ waterways. With its nomadic planting style covering the roof of the narrow boat set in the backdrop of a canal, meadow planting and lock-keepers cottage garden this garden will be one for the cameras.
In addition, Birmingham School of Architecture and Design’s faculty for landscaping will be producing a garden at BBC Gardeners’ World Live which will then be re-located to Birmingham’s infamous Jewellery Quarter after the Show. ‘A Place To Dwell’ comprises a contemporary design with innovative features, including a multi-purpose garden building providing shelter during winter and taking on the form of a pavilion during summer.

This stage boasts a prestigious line-up of Monty Don, Alan Titchmarsh, Carol Klein and Joe Swift, all sharing their very best advice with the audience first-hand. Theatre sponsor, Wyevale Garden Centres, will host a session each day.
