Bradstone supports Show Garden at Harrogate Autumn Flower Show

Bradstone is supporting a spectacular show garden at this year’s Harrogate Autumn Flower Show (18-20th September) which demonstrates how to entertain in style within a small outdoor space.

The Cloud 9 Kitchen Garden has been designed by Michael McGarr of Living Spaces and Bradstone Assured installer, MJM Landscapes.  Taking inspiration from Mexican architect, Luis Barragán and the planting of William Robinson, the team produced a contemporary garden that’s ideal for cooking and entertaining in a small outdoor area.

They selected Bradstone’s Mode porcelain paving in Textured Shell which has been engineered to take the clean, tiled lines of a home’s interiors into an outdoor space. Mode’s anti-slip finish and stain-resistant surface makes it a perfect choice for an outdoor kitchen setting.

Whilst the majority of the season’s summer flower shows and gardening events have now passed, the organisers of the Harrogate Autumn Flower Show continue to showcase landscapers’ and garden designers’ great work into September.  Between Inspiration Street and the larger scale show gardens, many visitors head straight for these exhibits to get ideas and inspiration for their own plots back home.

Toby Stuart-Jervis, Commercial Director for Bradstone, says: “With Michael’s design already having been awarded a Silver Medal at the RHS Flower Show Tatton Park this year, we are delighted that even more homeowners will be able to see this particular garden design and understand how even the smallest of outdoor spaces can have great design possibilities.”
