ESL Landscape Contractors has unveiled a new name and new look following an extensive rebranding initiative. This is in response to the progressive changes to the business and culture of the company.
At the heart of the rebranding is the change of the company name to Cultura, which is derived from the Latin for ‘to care or cultivate’, which the company says tells people what they can expect from them.
Over the past 18 months, ESL has cemented its position in the industry as a specialist landscape contractor. The company has consulted with both historical and existing clients, using the feedback to deliver projects more effectively and improve customer satisfaction. This change has further been driven by the recruitment of a new senior management team from industry leading organisations, both landscaping and construction.
The rebranding coincides with a new base of operations near Farnham, Surrey, which is central to the company’s operational portfolio. The building sits within lakeland and forest, providing a great working environment for employees.
The Cultura name is rooted in the company’s commitment to cultivate partnerships, with clients looking for a specialist landscape contractor and with new and future team members looking for a work environment in which they can thrive. The company says relationships flourish when they are collaborative, trusting and proactive and that is exactly how Cultura will do things.
Phil Jones, CEO of Cultura Group says: “We have completely overhauled the business in the recent past, and these changes meant we had fully outgrown our old branding. We thought that a new approach deserved a brand new name and image. The Cultura ethos is to care, tend and nurture every aspect of what we do so that we learn, improve and grow even further as a business that we can all be proud of. There is incredible potential for future growth and our new branding will position us for those opportunities.”
