Etesia UK is pleased to announce the appointment of Giovanni Soare as after sales assistant. In his new role, Giovanni will provide after sales and dedicated support to the company’s specialist Etesia and Pellenc dealers, including involvement with local shows, demonstrations and open days.
Over the past 25 years; Etesia has become an established brand relied upon by many industry professionals in a number of European countries. The UK, in particular, is now Etesia’s third largest market behind its homeland France and second placed Germany. It is also the only other market aside from France and Germany, where Etesia has a fully operational team.
With previous sales experience and possessing excellent customer service skills, Giovanni will be further strengthening a team dedicated to delivering the best support to its dealer network and customers.
“Etesia has a great relationship with everyone it works with and I’m looking forward to being a part of that. Every morning I come in smiling because I know I’m working with a good team and that motivates me a lot,” he said.
Giovanni’s appointment signals the increasing popularity of both Etesia and Pellenc’s battery range of products. The last 12 months has seen an increasing number of operators now using these products due to the excellent performance, low CO2 emissions, low vibration levels and financial savings – making them a truly environmentally friendly product for professionals.
