    Great results for Green-tech in their customer survey

    A customer survey was sent to Green-tech’s customers at the end of 2019, seeking to discover their opinions on all aspects of the business; from the people and products to the ordering, delivery and pricing structure.

    99% of recipients who took the customer survey endorse Green-tech and would recommend the company. Other headline figures include:
    • 94% rate the product range and availability as excellent or good
    • 95% say the sales support and knowledge is excellent or good
    • 95% find the company’s efficiency either excellent or good
    • 97% think their staff are polite to deal with.
    Chairman Richard Kay comments:
    “I’m really chuffed with these results. We have significantly grown the business over the last few years so it’s great to know it’s been a positive move for our customers. 99% of respondents endorsing us is something to celebrate. The whole team do go the extra mile to give our customers the very best service so I’m delighted for them to see these results.”
    In keeping with previous years, the Green-tech’s sales team scored exceptionally well, with 95% of respondents saying they rated them as good or excellent overall.
    Sales director Richard Gill said:
    “Brilliant results. We have a very large sales team that work really well with all of the departments within Green-tech to get their customers the best prices, deals, product availability, support and delivery arrangements. As a business, we are aiming for £20m turnover so the guys need to continually perform at a high level and they never disappoint.”
    Customers had the opportunity to comment on their personal experience. A selection of comments includes:
    “I really like Green-tech’s customer support and sales. Very efficient, easy to deal with which makes my life easier!”
    “Fantastic staff to deal with, always helpful and have good knowledge of the products. Always respond quickly to queries.”
    “Staff get straight back in touch to answer any questions. A*.”
    “Great Service. Always quick on sending quotes and responding to questions. Competitive pricing.”
    “Very helpful, always professional and willing to help.”
    Richard Kay concludes:
    “We’ve recently completed phase 2 of building works to give us additional stock-holding capabilities and have implementing SMART logistics systems which will help to streamline our processes, be more accurate, quicker and overall provide an even better customer experience. We have lots of investment and training going on and 2020 is set to be an incredibly exciting year for Green-tech.”
