This year Pro Landscaper wants to recognise International Women’s Day, IWD, by celebrating some of the women who form the backbone of Eljays44 Ltd.
Over the year’s Eljays44 has had the privilege of building up a strong leadership team, largely formed of inspirational women and what better time to recognise their hard work and contribution to the industry than now.
Throughout the week we will be catching up with four women from the Eljays44 executive team, focusing on their careers, aspirations and most importantly what IWD means to them.
Who will we be talking to?
Kickstarting our week of interviews will be Lisa Wilkinson. Lisa is one of the founders of Eljays44 – her career started in publishing and she had always dreamed of having her own media business!
Followed by Nina Mason. Nina is our Head of Content for all B2B publications we produce. Nina leads a fantastic team of writers, subeditors and designers. Although a large part of her role is delegation and management, Nina still loves to get her teeth into features writing.
Thursday will see us chat with Jess McCabe. Jess has recently become a first time Mum to her daughter Maya. Starting her career in sales almost 8 years ago, Jess joined the Eljays44 team 4 years ago starting out as a sales executive and going on to run the entire sales operation as Head of Sales.
Finally, closing our week of interviews will be Alex Olley. Alex is our HR Business Partner – Alex a ten year old daughter, three dogs and four cats! In her spare time she loves taking her dogs to the beach and playing board games with her family.
