    Gold rush for exhibitors using Rolawn at RHS Chelsea 2018

    A hugely successful RHS Chelsea Flower Show was enjoyed by companies using Rolawn products, Rolawn’s Medallion® turf, Blended Loam topsoil, Landscaping Bark, and Soil Improver – or a mixture of all four at this year’s event. Rolawn helped 20 exhibitors achieve show accreditation including one silver award, four silver-gilt and seven gold awards.     Winner announced in the Welwyn Garden City Centenary Garden competition

    The Welwyn Garden City Centenary Foundation (WGCCF) has chosen Heather Appleton of Appleton & Co Design as the winner in a competition to design a Centenary Garden which will have its debut at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in 2020 and then return to the town for all to enjoy. Appleton & Co was chosen from a shortlist of four design teams selected from over 80 competition entries.     Landscape Institute announce new categories and application process

    The #LIAwards2018 team has announced a number of exciting changes to this year’s Awards. This year, two new categories have been added. One is the first to be open to individuals and organisations globally. The other will showcase the industry’s most innovative and beautiful horticulture projects. In addition, the awards submissions process has been simplified. In line with LI‘s ‘digital first’ strategy, the process has been moved mostly online.     Running in parallel with the world famous RHS Chelsea Flower Show this week, the Lemon Tree Trust has announced winners of a garden competition run across five camps in the Kurdistan region of Iraq.
