Simon Burvill and Butter Wakefield accepted the Best Tradestand award from RHS President Sir Nicholas Bacon Bt, OBE, DL at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2018 on behalf of luxury outdoor furniture designer and maker Gaze Burvill. Gaze Burvill first exhibited at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 25 years ago. In the first year of business there was one seat to display and granted a small space on the perimeter of the show. Plant of the Year and Product of the Year revealed at RHS Chelsea
The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) has announced the winners of the prestigious RHS Chelsea Plant of the Year and RHS Chelsea Garden Product of the Year 2018. Alan Titchmarsh presents Griffin Glasshouses’ donation to the National Garden Scheme
Alan Titchmarsh joined Linda Lane, managing director of Griffin Glasshouses, to present the company’s latest donation to the National Garden Scheme which brings the total to more that £45,000. George Plumptre, CEO of the NGS, was accompanied by Martin Macmillan OBE, chairman of the NGS, to receive the cheque. The donation comes from the result of sales from Griffin Glasshouses NGS collection which sees five per cent of every sale being donated to the National Garden Scheme. The first refugee garden to appear at the Chelsea Flower Show has won an RHS Silver-Gilt Medal.
