Nurture Landscapes partners with Perennial

Windlesham-based grounds maintenance and landscaping specialist, Nurture Landscapes, has become a Platinum partner with horticultural charity, Perennial.
Perennial offers financial and emotional support to horticulturists and their families who are unable to work due to injury, illness and those in debt.
Nurture Landscapes has extensive expertise in sustainable landscape design and management, working across corporate and public spaces. The company’s vast portfolio includes large corporate areas, business and industrial parks, shopping outlets and hotel chains. It has achieved numerous industry awards for managing green areas and parks.
Being a Platinum Perennial partner demonstrates Nurture’s commitment to safeguarding employees within its business and the whole industry.
Peter Fane, Nurture Landscaping’s managing director, said:
“We are thrilled to partner with Perennial as a Platinum partner. The work that Perennial does is vital to our industry and we are committed to supporting our staff and all those that work in the horticultural industry.
“Staff wellbeing is at the core of our business and our ambitious growth plans are complemented by their attitude, commitment and skill. We owe a lot of success to our teams working out in the field and at our depots.”
Committed to staff development, Nurture has three Lantra qualified trainers in-house. It can also offer employees excellent quality training, with a popular NVQ training programme, management training, an apprenticeship scheme and a recognised external skill certification.
Nurture Landscapes’ operations have expanded considerably nationwide, both through organic growth and strategic acquisition, with fellow landscaping business Gavin Jones being a pivotal addition. This is all driven by its aptitude for delivering consistent quality of service, building strong customer relations and a focus on its staff.
