M Squared moves to strengthen growth plans with latest investment
M Squared completes seven figure acquisition of Glasgow based repair and maintenance specialist, EBS Construction.
This latest investment represents an “important development” in M Squareds’ “in-house capabilities”, says founder and managing director Kerr McEwan.
Remaining at the business, EBS directors David Sinclair an Brian Ticcioni will be working with the M Squared team to “capitalise on the synergies between the two businesses”, adds McEwan.
Sinclair says he is confident M Squareds’ “proven track record and shared commitment to delivering exceptional project outcomes for clients will drive EBS’s next 30 years of growth.”
M Squared recently celebrated its 10-year anniversary, which also coincided with its achievement of reaching £10m in annual revenue for the first time.
The commercial landscape and groundworks specialist is now working towards achieving £25m in revenue by 2027, with an additional goal of growing the team to over 125.
This is expected to be the first of two ‘significant’ investments made this year by M Squared.
