At Pro Landscaper Business Awards on Friday 24 April 2026 Mark Gregory, managing director of Landform Consultants, and Phil Tremayne, general manager of the APL, were awarded the title of Landscaping Champions.
Held at Old Billingsgate in London in association with Paving Superstore, Pro Landscaper Business Awards 2026 recognise and celebrate the success of businesses within the landscaping industry.
The Landscaping Champion category was new for the 2026 awards and looked to recognise the person, or people, helping to showcase the value of the sector by going above and beyond.
The winners were chosen by both the judging panel and the industry through an open vote. It was decided that both Gregory and Tremayne should be awarded joint Landscaping Champions as one narrowly won the judges’ vote and the other narrowly won the public vote.
Tremayne has worked at the Horticultural Trades Association since 2010 and has led the Association of Professional Landscapers, the HTA’s specialist group of designers, landscapers and professional gardeners, for more than 10 years.
Phil Tremayne said: “Winning this award today means everything to me, and just to be nominated by my friends and colleagues is a huge honour. I’ve worked in this industry for over 30 years, so being recognised in this way really feels like a big hug from my extended family of landscapers. Thank you to everyone who voted for me, and of course, to my very good friend Mark Gregory – I couldn’t think of a better person to share this award with.”
Landform Consultants also picked up the award for Design and Build Company while The Glasshouse Collective by Landform Consultants in collaboration with Into The Garden Room was awarded Industry Collaboration.
Mark Gregory said on social media, “There is no better accolade than to receive these awards from your peers in a room full of professionals, many I know personally and hugely respect! There are many excellent companies doing great work and it means so much to know we are still knocking it out the park. I love this industry and the people in it.”

Perennial’s new ambassador scheme sees garden designer, landscaper and horticulturalist Mark Gregory as its first ambassador.
A voluntary role, Gregory will help the horticultural charity to raise awareness with the help of his expertise and networking skills.
Gregory, who has been an RHS ambassador since 2022, and is managing director of Landform Consultants in Surrey says he is “honoured and proud” to be part of the Perennial team.
“I can’t wait to use my industry expertise to support the vital work of the charity.”
Jamie Gault, chief executive of Perennial describes Gregory as “the ideal advocate,” and looks forward to working with him.
The partnership was announced at the launch of Landform Consultants’ new Glasshouse Collective; a percentage of earnings made from each event held at the outdoor showroom will be donated to the charity.

Landform Consultants launches its new Glasshouse Collective in Chobham with set pieces many will recognise from the main stage at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
Launched over the weekend, the collection is designed to showcase curated outdoor living products in an open outdoor space.
Products from the likes of David Harber and Boom and Bonheur feature throughout the space, as well as dedicated showrooms for Allgreen and Millboard.
Managing director of Landform Consultants, Mark Gregory says the once derelict greenhouses, which have now been converted, will be a hub for industry associations and professionals to meet and collaborate.
A percentage of money from each of the events held at the Glasshouse will also be donated to industry charity Perennial.
Gregory took to Instagram praising the launch, saying he hopes the space will “get the industry joined up and working together better and lifting the quality bar.”
Going on to say that construction of the collection was “great preparation for RHS Chelsea”, which Landform breaks ground on later this week.
Plans are already in motion for phase two of The Glasshouse Collective, which include the instalment of meeting pods for visitors and professionals to use – trade associations looking to use the space can do so without charge as well.
