If you’ve worked in horticulture for four or more years and are looking to grow your career, expand your knowledge and gain new skills alongside your full time job then the RHS Master of Horticulture (MHort) Award could be the next step to help you achieve your career goal and become top in your profession.
With the deadline to get on to this year’s course fast approaching, the RHS Education team is reminding industry professionals to get their applications in by 3 August.
The MHort is the Royal Horticultural Society’s most prestigious award, designed for industry professionals who wish to grow their career in a flexible and affordable way. Delivered online, the three-year, degree-level award allows candidates to remain working whilst studying and honing their knowledge and skills at management level in their chosen area.
Support is provided throughout the programme from expert tutors, and there are opportunities to meet fellow candidates through launch events and to network with industry specialists.
By the end of the award, successful candidates have an overview of the horticultural industry within a global context. Alongside this, they will have developed improved research, analytical, communication and decision-making skills that will provide a better understanding of horticultural challenges and appropriate management strategies.
