Taylor Wimpey applies for landscaping around 250 new homes

Taylor Wimpey East Scotland has submitted an Approval of Matters specified in Conditions (AMC) application to the City of Edinburgh Council for the provision of 250 new homes.

Planning Permission in Principle is already secured for this development.
The planning application sets out detailed proposals for landscaping and building materials.
The proposed development aims to deliver 250 new homes, 25% of which will be affordable.
This detailed application for the west of Edinburgh represents a significant investment in the local area by Taylor Wimpey East Scotland.
It includes an extensive landscape framework that will include the creation of a linear path through the proposed development to link it to the city.
Landscaping, designed to blend in with the local landscape, is also included.
Pauline Mills, land and planning director added: “We have made our AMC application for the development of land at West Craigs in Edinburgh.
“This is following close consultation with city planners and adjacent landowners over the last few years.
“This development would be a great addition to the local area. It also complements our other developments across the region.”
