Landscaping professionals are invited to immerse themselves in a popular programme of free, online webinars hosted by Hampshire-based organisation, Wildflower Turf Ltd.
The Wildflower Turf Tech Talk Webinar Programme offers the landscaping community an opportunity to come together virtually to increase their knowledge base. The UK’s leading wildflower turf experts are passionate about offering a focused, information-led series that challenges, informs and inspires.
To date, the webinars have been incredibly well attended attracting more than 700 devotees. With an option to attend the webinars live, or to listen after the event, the online sessions are presented in an accessible and approachable format.
Wildflower Turf Ltd will be presenting its next webinar on Thursday 20 August at 1pm (British Summer Time). Co-hosted by author and Wildflower Turf Ltd’s managing director, James Hewetson-Brown, and guest speaker Tim White from Tim O’Hare Associates, the hour-long webinar is entitled ‘Soils and Wildflowers’. It will explain how to best specify soils for the installation and support of successful wildflower meadows.

In addition to the August webinar, Wildflower Turf will also be bringing in a special guest speaker for a further online information session in October. The ‘Biodiversity Net Gain – Where are we now?’ webinar will consider the adoption and rollout of Biodiversity Net Gain in England, using the improvement of species-rich grassland as an example.
